Baseball
Norwood Challenger Sports, with support from Norwood Little League and Foxborough Youth Baseball, offers 8 weeks of baseball/softball starting in April.
Practices are held on weeknights at Father MacAleer field in Norwood and on Monday nights at Booth Playground in Foxborough. Games are held on Sunday afternoons, alternating weeks between Norwood and Foxborough.
Norwood Challenger sends teams to Tournaments when they are offered. These events host teams from all over the region for a fun-filled day which includes lunch, a baseball game against another team and trophies for all participants.
No experience is required, and like all our activities, the main goal is to have fun.
2026 Start dates
All players Monday April 27 at Bayuk Field at Booth Playground in Foxborough at 6 PM.
Younger players Wednesday April 29 Father MAC field in Norwood at 6 PM.
Older players April 30 at Father MAC field in Norwood at 6 PM.
First game Sunday May 3 at Kelley Field in Norwood 5 PM.
